Maternity and adoption pay: first 26 weeks at full pay followed by 26 weeks at the statutory rate (final 13 weeks is paid at the equivalent statutory rate)
Paternity (partner) leave and pay: 26 weeks paid leave: four weeks at full pay followed by 22 weeks paid at the equivalent statutory rate
Shared parental leave: 24 weeks at full pay followed by 26 weeks statutory rate (the final 13 weeks paid at the statutory equivalent rate)
Sabbatical leave: the opportunity to take between two and 12 months away from work
