Morgan Sindall Infrastructure is celebrating a raft of wins at last night’s NCE100 Awards (New Civil Engineer).
The company was awarded Diversity Leader of the Year, Innovation in Project Management and Impact in Water categories, as well as being crowned the overall NCE Company of the Year as part of the NCE100 power list.
In addition, the company’s HR director Dawn Moore was recognised with an Outstanding Presenter award.
The NCE100 Awards recognise those working in civil engineering who have brought innovation, impact and inspiration to the industry. The awards are judged by over 60 senior industry figures, all from leading infrastructure customers and stakeholder groups.
Morgan Sindall Infrastructure is working on some of the largest critical infrastructure projects in the UK, across six sectors – Highways, Rail, Aviation, Nuclear, Energy and Water.
The company were successful in the following categories:
- Diversity Leadership – For the introduction of the industry’s first gender-neutral Returnship programme, a positive initiative to address the industry’s skills gap
- Innovation in Project Management – For the use of VR (virtual reality) technology in the highways sector
- Impact in Water – For innovative storm water management approaches which have delivered significant community and environmental benefit.
