Project Manager, Overhead lines

Opportunity:
We have a fantastic opportunity within our Energy Water business for an ambitious and talented Project Manager
The successful candidate will be joining the existing team of passionate and dedicated managers.
Responsibilities
As a project manager, you will:
- Manage all aspects Overhead lines work within a designated project.
- Manage supervisory staff and all duties associated with direct labour and subcontractor teams.
- Manage multidisciplinary construction projects and their associated activities from conception through to completion, delivering work that meets project requirements, customer satisfaction and in accordance with Morgan Sindall standards.
- Play a major role in ensuring Health, Safety and Environmental Policies are delivered.
Requirements
You will either be an experienced project manager or ready to step up from a project engineer and have:
- Experience of Overhead line projects
- Civil or Structural qualification.
- National Grid projects experience
- New power T&D lines experience
- Experience of erection of steel works
- Experience with the installation of foundations
Experience with the following is also desirable
- Wiring
- Refurbishment; full tension stringing
