Talented people are the key to our success

About us:

Would you like to work for a progressive and ambitious company which is also one of the most successful within the UK construction and infrastructure industry?

Morgan Sindall provides national construction and infrastructure services to private and public sector customers across a comprehensive range of markets. We aim to create great results for our customers, partners and ourselves.

About The Role:

We have a fantastic vacancy for a Bid Co-ordinator Apprentice within our Energy business, where we are making a difference and supporting the journey to net zero by helping energy companies in the UK deliver a cleaner, more reliable and greener transmission network.

As an integral part of our bid team, you’ll help us produce high quality tender submissions and bid presentations for current and potential clients, enabling us to win work and add significant value for our customers.

The work will be varied and could include organising bid workshops, data entry, developing a knowledge library, keeping the team up to date with critical client communications, proof reading and formatting our submissions to ensure excellence.  We’ll make sure you develop a valuable and transferable range of administrative skills in addition to gaining an in-depth understanding of bid processes within a commercial organisation.

In addition to the extensive mentoring and support we’ll give you on-the-job, you’ll also benefit from off-the-job training via our partner provider, developing your knowledge and skills further and getting the opportunity to network with other professionals in your field whilst gaining a level 3 apprenticeship qualification.  This will also give you an opportunity to work towards initial APMP accreditation - a great foundation for building your career further.  You can find out more about the course you will undertake here: INSERT LINK TO TRAINING PROVIDER RELEVANT PAGE
